Robert
A. Angarita
President
& Chief Executive Officer

One of four original founders of
GeniusLabs in 1996, Robert led the Company from
its early years as a small web design
studio to its current status as a leading developer of distributed Internet and Intranet applications using Microsoft technologies. Robert
is now responsible for ensuring that GeniusLabs' technical
team remains committed to the strategic business and marketing
visions of the company and its clients. Robert is currently the youngest member of the
Adaptive Business Leaders Organization, an exclusive group of
Presidents and CEOs from companies in high change
industries. Robert is pursuing a BS in Entrepreneurial Studies from the
Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern
California.
Solomon

Solomon joined
GeniusLabs in 1999, and brings over 20 years of
experience in finance, accounting, international business,
and operations management. Solomon is responsible for
all financial aspects of GeniusLabs' long-term operations and
future growth strategies. Prior to joining GeniusLabs, Solomon
served as Senior Manager of Finance at Bank of
America, Vice-President of Finance for First Interstate Bank,
and Corporate Controller for GlenFed Bank. Solomon currently
serves as an associate professor in the Leventhal School of
Accounting at the University of Southern California.
Solomon holds an MCCP from Harvard University, an MBA
from Golden Gate University, and a BA in Biology from
San Francisco State University.
Anthony

One
of four original founders of GeniusLabs in 1996, Tony
has led the company's technical transformation from
web-based programming to the development of n-tier distributed
applications and enterprise-level technology solutions.
Tony is now responsible for overseeing all client contracts
being handled by the company, and ensuring the technical
readiness of GeniusLabs' development team. Tony's expertise
and experience in the IT industry are direct results
of his successful management and fulfillment of over
forty diverse IT initiatives, and his experience as
an IT consultant for the State of California Legislative
Data Center and BioDiscovery, a genetic research software
company in Los Angeles, CA. Tony holds a BS in Biomedical
and Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Mathematics
from the University of Southern California.
